By accessing or using Appdeck (including appdeck.ai and app.appdeck.ai), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service description

Appdeck provides a cloud-based Capture and Ask platform — personal and shared bases, collaboration tools, publishing, and related features. We may update features over time.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for activity under your account. Base owners and admins control membership and content within their bases.

Acceptable use

You may not use Appdeck to violate laws, infringe others' rights, distribute malware, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data.

Billing

Paid plans are billed according to the pricing shown in the application at the time of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled according to in-app billing settings.

Limitation of liability

Appdeck is provided "as is" to the maximum extent permitted by law. Our liability is limited as described in the production terms that will replace this stub.

A full legal review and production terms of service will replace this stub before public launch.
